These terms govern use of the openadvisory.ai website, operated by Open Advisory LLC. Access to the OpenAdvisory deal platform is by invitation as part of an engagement and is governed by the agreements signed for that engagement.

Nothing on this website is an offer to buy or sell securities or a business, a solicitation of such an offer, or legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Content is provided for general information about the platform.

3. Pre-launch status

OpenAdvisory is in pre-launch. Descriptions of platform capabilities reflect the system as built and being validated; availability is limited and subject to change.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, or misrepresenting your identity in communications with us.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content are the property of Open Advisory LLC. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law.
